The journey of Valay is driven by the visionary leadership of Ravi Karoria, whose extensive experience spans over 20 years. His academic accomplishments, including an M.S. in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani and a B.E. in Production Engineering from LEC-Morbi, form the foundation of his expertise.
Ravi’s illustrious career includes significant contributions in optics and opto-mechanical design, solar thermal technology (including a patented inclined parabolic trough), and SAR antenna fabrication for ISRO.
